1. Use of Service
You agree to use Biblo lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse forms, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation.
2. Content and Submissions
You are responsible for the information you submit, including waitlist and Build With Us forms. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have rights to share it.
3. Intellectual Property
Biblo branding, logos, and platform content are owned by Biblo unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
4. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
Biblo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Biblo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Biblo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
